I recently stayed at the H+ Hotel for a weekend getaway. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and spoke multiple languages. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. I especially loved the coffee machine in the superior room. Finally, I found a hotel with great pillows! The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location was ideal for exploring the city by foot or tram. Ample free street parking was a bonus.
I would recommend this hotel.

breakfast slightly above average, the room pretty clean
WIFI was only accessible against a fee of 8 Euro per hour !!!- an outregeous fee for a service that - I think - should be available for free, the room was pretty boring and the entire hotel (located at the 7th and 8th floor of a´nearly empty shoppingcentre) too. There was no restaurant at the hotel, at least i couldn´t see one. Distance to the city was about 1 mile, a little bit to long to walk (for my taste and I recongized that before booking) but easy to reach by tram

The staff here was fantastic, and the breakfast they served was amazing; there are also great attractions nearby like the Grassi Museum.

Very good breakfast.
Room was very hot and no one seem to help with getting it cooled down. No one contacted us as the name change. We looked for about 1 hour before my husband went in the Ramada Inn and ask where the Tulip Inn was and that is how we found it. When we booked this room we asked for a double bed and when we arrived it was twin beds. It was changed. We also had a problem with the billing for this stayed.

Like any Ramada it's nothing special but at least you know what you'll get...
Overprized breakfast: go downtown (5-10 mins) and have an excellent one for 1/3 the price...

I always keep coming back to this place. First time the staff helped me with suitcases, and I remember it. It suits me perfectly: Free Wi-Fi, Car park, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Bar/ Lounge area, Restaurant. I come here for romantic escape.

Location is good.
Staff forgot to ask for the room key. I didn't remember until I was on the other side of town. So I had a nice walk back to the hotel. Rooms near the reception also get noise from the bar area.

I discovered the German Book and Writing Museum, with its impressive collection of books, and the city center with its charming commercial courtyards. The tram ride to the train station was a quick and enjoyable journey. And the breakfast buffet was a great way to start my day.
Who needs polite receptionists anyway? Definitely not me.

The breakfast was very good, but expensive!
One of the receptionists was helpful but not very friendly. It made it difficult to want to ask something.

Our family had a wonderful time exploring Leipzig during our stay at Mercure Hotel Leipzig. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to walk to both the opera house and the Gewandhaus for evening performances. It was a delight to immerse ourselves in the vibrant cultural scene of Leipzig, experiencing the rich music and artistry the city has to offer. Additionally, Lene-Voigt Park, with its play areas and meadows, provided a refreshing and enjoyable experience for our children. We highly recommend visiting this park for a change of scenery and some outdoor fun.
My kids wished there was a larger outdoor space or garden at the hotel, where they could freely play and enjoy the fresh air. For families with children, having a designated outdoor area would have been a great addition to our stay.

The location was close to the City Center.
The design of the rooms are questionable. You have to change elevators to get from the garage to your room..

The hotel is easily accessible from the city center by tram or a 15-20 min walk. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. The breakfast offered a great variety and started early. The staff was attentive and professional. The room had a proper desk for working.
